Prof. Dr. KIRBA\u015eO\u011eLU \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201c\u00dclkemiz \u0130slam D\u00fcnyas\u0131 ve kabaca Bat\u0131 diyebilece\u011fimiz \u00fc\u00e7 eksen \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde neredeyiz, nereye gidiyoruz, ne yapmal\u0131y\u0131z? Sorular\u0131na kendi m\u00fctevaz\u0131 birikimim \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde cevap aramaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131m. Tabiat\u0131yla ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta \u015funa i\u015faret edilmesi gerekir; burada \u0130slam D\u00fcnyas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n problemleri ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00f6nerileri konulu bir ba\u015fl\u0131k sizlere sunuldu. Ancak son 20-30 y\u0131lda ya\u015fanan geli\u015fmelerden sonra art\u0131k \u0130sl\u00e2mla ilgili tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n \u00e7ok farkl\u0131 bir perspektifle yeniden ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 zaruriyeti de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc k\u00fcreselle\u015fme denilen bir olgu ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u00f6ye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fc olgusuyla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. Hem ileti\u015fim teknolojilerinin hem de teknolojilerin nerdeyse s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmas\u0131yla varacak kadar toplumlar aras\u0131nda bireyler aras\u0131nda kurumlar aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkileri h\u0131zland\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sosyal de\u011fi\u015fimin, tarihin hi\u00e7bir d\u00f6neminde olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar ba\u015f d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc bir h\u0131za eri\u015fti\u011fi bir kritik d\u00f6nemden ge\u00e7iyoruz. \u015eimdi burada bu sorulara yani \u0130slam D\u00fcnyas\u0131 niye bu halde, niye istenen performans\u0131 sergileyemiyor sorusu ilk defa bizim sordu\u011fumuz soru de\u011fil. Bu soru \u0130slam D\u00fcnyas\u0131, Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011fu y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p par\u00e7alanmas\u0131ndan sonra yani 20. yy ba\u015flar\u0131nda asl\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok \u0130slam entelekt\u00fceli ve pek \u00e7ok \u0130slam dava adam\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan sorulmu\u015f, hala sorulmaya devam ediliyor ve bu konuda muazzam bir fikri \u00e7aba s\u00f6z konusudur ve bu fikri \u00e7abalar\u0131n muazzam bir literat\u00fcr\u00fc s\u00f6z konusudur. \u0130slam dedi\u011fimizde genelde k\u00fct\u00fcphanelerimizi dolduran klasik tefsir, hadis, f\u0131k\u0131h, kelam eserleri akla gelir. Ancak son y\u00fczy\u0131lda \u0130slam davas\u0131, \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi etraf\u0131ndan olu\u015fan literat\u00fcr, ge\u00e7mi\u015fteki literat\u00fcrden az ve \u00f6nemsiz olmayan son derece \u00f6nemli hem niceliksel hem niteliksel olarak \u00f6nemli literat\u00fcrlerle de kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z. Hepimizin bildi\u011fi gibi \u0130slam D\u00fcnyas\u0131 ni\u00e7in par\u00e7aland\u0131, ni\u00e7in emperyalizmin, i\u015fgalcilerin pen\u00e7esine d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc, ni\u00e7in bu hale geldi, parampar\u00e7a oldu sorusu \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinde genellikle Cemalettin AFGAN\u0130 ile Muhammed \u0130KBAL\u2019le ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131 adet olmu\u015ftur. \u00c7a\u011fda\u015f \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi denen d\u00f6nem nedir diye soruldu\u011funda kesin bir tarih vermemekle birlikte kabaca iki b\u00f6lgeden birisi Ortado\u011fu\u2019dan \u2013Cemalettin Bey Ortado\u011fu de\u011fil \u0130slam D\u00fcnyas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131 gezen bir aktivist- Cemalettin AFGAN\u0130 \u0130slam birli\u011fini savunan \u0130slam D\u00fcnyas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ne yapmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi konusunda fikir \u00fcreten bir fikir ve eylem adam\u0131. \u00d6te yandan da Muhammed \u0130KBAL Pakistan\u2019\u0131n milli \u015fairi, Pakistan\u2019\u0131n fikir babas\u0131\u2026 Bu gidi\u015fatlarla ba\u015flatmak adet olmu\u015ftur. Bug\u00fcne gelene kadar \u0130slam D\u00fcnyas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n her b\u00f6lgesinde \u0130slam d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi aktif bir bi\u00e7imde \u00fcretmeye devam etmi\u015ftir hala da bu \u00fcretim devam etmektedir.
